The cancellation of the trip

In case of impossibility to visit the apartment at the booked time You can cancel the trip at the telephone number listed on the website, or cancel the trip in a private office. Please note that if You choose an additional service cancellation, You return all funds in full, except the cost of the services. If You this service is not ordered, You get back only the cost of additional services (airport transfer, extra cleaning)

After pressing cancel the trip in the opened window You need to press to cancel the application. The money will be automatically deducted\returned to the map. Details of booking and cancellation is available in the contract offer.
